1. Order cannot be cancelled once the order is shipped from the ALL AT ONE CLICK location. If the customer receives a faulty product then the customers can raise the return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

2. Cash on delivery (COD) orders are chargeable at 50 Rs per order. In case, if the customer receives a faulty product, COD refund amount will be settled into particular bank account provided by customer
3. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified
5. Buyers are requested to keenly check the size chart before placing the order. Color of the products might slightly vary up to +/-5 to 10% due to image resolution or screen resolution.
6. There would be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
7. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost. If you are shipping an item over RS 1000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
